Science - In a recent study, a group of researchers analyzed the relationship between the number of normal stem cell divisions and the risk of developing 17 types of cancer in 69 countries throughout the world. They managed to determine the proportions of cancer-causing mutations resulting from inherited, environmental, and replicative factors.
