Gut - Early detection of colorectal cancer is a critical issue which is strongly related to patient survival. Using a technology called antibody microarray, a team of American scientists identified a panel of colorectal cancer-related markers consisting in both proteins and sugars which were able to discriminate cancer patients and healthy controls through a simple blood test.
