Nature Communications - VGLL4 is downregulated in colorectal cancer patients and it is positively associated with patient survival rate and inversely correlated with the espression of Wnt genes. VGLL4 regulates both Wnt and Hippo signaling by targeting the TCF4-TEAD4 complex.
