HSP110 promotes colorectal cancer growth through STAT3 activation
Oncogene - A study conducted by a group of French scientists on human colorectal cancer cells in vitro and in vivo, reveals that heat shock protein 110 (HSP110), which has been seen to be abnormally abundant in colon cancers, is involved in colon cancer growth when associated to the activation of signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3).
